El Paso, 18th Most Livable City in US

Just this month a study done by Smartasset, found El Paso in its list of the top 25 most livable cities in the US, landing 18th among 100 cities. This ranking is a big plus for El Paso as it stacks up with some other popular cities such as Tampa, Virginia Beach and Oklahoma City. The study measured these cities on walk score, violent crime rate, property crime rate, unemployment, housing costs as percentage of income, and the rate of housing cost-burden.
